Monthly Highlights #1

You’re probably wondering what happened to the monthly Thematic Releases - thanks for asking.
From now on, our new content will be featured in a fresh format, rebranded as: "Monthly Highlights“.

But why? This will not only allow us to launch multiple releases at once, but also include standalone materials, and most importantly, release content faster.

So without further ado, let’s go straight to this month highlights:

FEBRUARY HIGHLIGHTS

SCANNED PAVEMENTS:

We’ve fueled our Scans category with a very comprehensive selection of cobblestones and other kinds of pavements.

MEDIEVAL COBBLESTONES:

Old cobblestone walls with 2:1 aspect ratio, for optimal usage in bigger scenes.

PLANKS:

Also, new flavours of wood and a special rusted deck material extracted from an actual ship!

MORE FOLIAGE:

Our continuously growing foliage library just got a little bigger this month! Over 30 new atlases!

ROAD MATERIALS:

Urban materials are in constant demand, to meet today’s expectations of environment artists, our team worked on a super comprehensive road set, including: Tires, manholes, cat’s eye, road segments and road markings.

WOOD COMPOSITES:

For all the architects out there, we now have: OSB, MDF, MDP and laminated wood, along with decking materials. Everything you need for modern furniture, steel-frame buildings and pools & gardens.

ANIMATED OVERLAYS:

Starting a new map type inside the also new "Overlays category”, Animated Overlays!

Included are the source .sbsar material used to create the looping versions, a sprite-sheet for real-time engines (node setup for UE4 featured below), and also 2k image sequences for offline render engines.
